S.U.I.C.I.D.E Satan,Uses,Illusions,To, Control, Inner, Death, Everyday When you have an awesome purpose, it is not uncommon to be confronted with suicidal thoughts because the enemy wants to kill the purpose God has for you. While not uncommon, if you are experiencing them be on guard and alert! This is not the time to shrink back, but you must regain control of your thoughts. Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 1 Peter 5:8 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. John 10:10 Defeat Suicidal thoughts this way: 1. Do not spend time entertaining the enemies lies -Many times its easy to relish in depression. Combat lies with the word of God! 2. The Bible will save you from suicide. - When your soul is cast down and no matter what anyone says and you still can't snap out of it find comfort in knowing that believing in God does not exempt you from experiencing spiritual lows. - Read Psalm 42 3. There is a such thing as Spiritual Suicide -The decision to take your life into your own hands and detach your spirit from God can be mental, physical OR spiritual - While the enemy seeks to devour, the Almighty God is the conquering lion who can break every chain and yoke of bondage! - Then one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals." Revelation 5:5 4. Praise will pull you out of depression - Enter into the house of the Lord - Surrender your burdens to God - Bear one another's burdens - Try and focus less on yourself by encouraging someone else even in your pain 5. Develop a spirit of encouragement and hope - Unify with believers who can stand in the gap when you are having weak moments - Get rid of negative people who perpetuate the lies in your head 6. Keep your mind on Jesus Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2 7. Know that you are not alone in your battle. Jesus is here to bear your burdens. "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28 8. Know that you have the power to conquer Satan in your life. 9. The Holy Spirit is here to comfort you. 10. Jesus Christ died to set you free and longs for you to have an abundant life full of peace, joy and purpose. You were created for a reason greater than yourself. Connect to the source, which is God and ask Him to reveal His plan for your life. You are more than a conqueror! 11. There is nothing wrong with seeking professional help, if you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, please visit a trusted counselor or call a friend. You are not alone. Dear God, Please bless every eye and ear who comes across this page. I bind the spirit of suicide in the name of Jesus. Lord, cover your children with the blood of Jesus. This life gets rough and sometimes it's hard to see your way out. Allow the person experiencing suicidal thoughts to receive a fresh burst of hope that only comes from you. Lord, I ask that you would raise the standard against the enemy in the lives of your people and people all over the world. Captivate us with your love so much that there is no room for self hatred and apathy. I claim hope, health, joy and victory over the lies and chains of the enemy in Jesus name. I thank you in advance for the aborted mission of suicide and cast every lying demon back to the pit of hell. There is power in your name and in word.
